Brief Introduction
Dr. Licui Chen obtained her PhD degree from Faculty of Education, the University of Hong Kong. Her main research areas include teacher professional development, education policies and reforms, and school improvement.
Research Interests and Experience
Dr. Licui Chen’ s doctoral research is about teacher professional learning communities in China, which was funded by Postgraduate Scholarship and University Foundation Postgraduate Fellowship at HKU and awarded Rank of “Excellent” by Faculty of Education. Her current research interests focus on the development of professional learning communities and their impacts on teacher professional development and student achievements.
