INTRODUCTION |

Dr. Cai Jinfang got her doctoral degree in 2017 from School of Knowledge Science, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. Her research focuses on older adult education, service science, community education and adult education.

 

RESEARCH INTERESTS AND EXPERIENCES |

Dr. Cai Jinfang has been working with Prof. Kosaka Michitaka on service value co-creation models based on the notion of service field.

 

Main Interests during PhD: The value co-creation in older adult education: based on the case studies of Chinese university for the elderly.

 

Current Interests: The quantitative study on value measurement in older adult education, service co-creation model and the role of older learners in the process of value co-creation.
