Xinke Zhang

Zhang Xinke is a professor in the School of Teacher Education. His research focuses on Chinese curriculum and teaching theory and history of Chinese education. He has published a few works including “Modern Transformation of Primary School Literacy Teaching Methods in the Late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China,” “On Ascription of Language Form in Reading and Writing Teaching. Curriculum,” “Thoughts on Scientific Selection of Chinese Characters in Primary Textbooks,” etc. Has published a series of books, e.g. Theory on Chinese Curriculum, Wu Yanyin’s Discussion on the Education of Children’s Literature, and Primary School Chinese Teaching Theory in Early 20^th Century.
