On October 25th, 2016, the delegation from University College Dublin (UCD) visited Faculty of Education, ECNU. The leader and president of UCD, Brian MacCraith, Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs Department,
Trevor Holmes, the director of Foreign Affairs Department,
Sylvia Schroeder, Prof. Cathal Gurrin and senior official of International Affairs,
Harriet Le Good from UCD and Yang Fuyi (Director of International Affairs Division) attended the conference.
The two sides exchanged the basic information of each subject and found many similarities over the education fields, such as scientific research and personnel training while they also discussed the possibility for future cooperation.
On the morning of Oct.25th, the delegation from UCD signed the student exchange agreement with Prof, Chen Qun and Prof. Wang Rongming, President and Vice President of ECNU. The two sides exchanged opinions on the cooperation of the advanced subjects, including pedagogy, big data, software engineering, physical education and physics.
