Brief Introduction

Dr Xintong Lu received her BA in English Language and Literature (class of 2014) at East China University of Science and Technology, MA in Educational Leadership and Management at the University of Warwick (14/15), and Ph. D. in Education (10/2015-02/2019) at the University of Warwick, the United Kingdom.

Research Interests and Experience

Her research interests are educational leadership, higher education, and interdisciplinary research. Her doctoral research was about a Chinese perspective on distributed leadership, which was jointly funded by Warwick University and China Scholarship Council (CSC).

She was the project leader of two research projects – a student innovation research project funded by East China university of Science and Technology, and a Monash Warwick Alliance project funded by both Warwick University and Monash University. She has the experiences of being sponsored to visit Glasgow Caledonia University, United Kingdom and University of Monash, Australia for academic purposes, and is currently a reviewer of the journal International Journal of Leadership in Education.
