Aili Tian

Tian Aili, the professor of Institute for Testing and Assessment of East China Normal University, is mainly engaged in the study of school management reform, especially the study of classroom teaching reform and school management reform under the support of modern information technology. She has published tens of academic papers in periodicals such as Research in Education Development, Comparative Education Review, Curriculum, Teaching Material and Method and Journal of The Chinese Society of Education, published a few monographs including Basic Education Mooc and Flipped Classroom Theory and Practice, The Goal of University Education: Virtue Leads to Perfection and Research on Modern University Legal Person System, etc., and participated in the publishing of Introduction to Mooc and Flipped Classroom and Q&A for Mooc and Flipped Classroom. She has also hosted the project “Theoretical and Empirical Study on Mooc Promoting the Fairness and Quality of Basic Education” of NNSFC (National Natural Science Foundation of China) and the project “Research on the Talent Training Mode of the World’s Famous Middle Schools” of Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences of Ministry of Education, etc. and participated in lots of provincial and ministerial research projects.
