岗位1HR Intern – HR Department Admin

工作地点:上海陆家嘴花旗大厦 (浦东新区 花园石桥路33号,地铁2号线 陆家嘴站)

Responsibility:

-Support on HR communication activity, and leverage resources for high quality delivery

-Support on HR projects with mentor’s guidance

-Daily HR work support, including data consolidation, report preparation

-Other tasks that required

Qualification:

-Proactive working attitude and learning agility

-Good command of English (both written and oral) with basic HR knowledge

-Related internship experience in foreign company is plus

-At least 3 days available each week for the internship, at least for 6 months

工作地点:上海陆家嘴软件园 (浦东新区 峨山路9120, 地铁4/6号线 蓝村路站)

Responsibility:

– 能够很好的协助本部门同事在规定时间内做好常规复印、扫描、打印等批量离职材料的工作;

– 掌握SAP系统的基本运用,例如GHP、CRM;

– 根据团队要求,完成系统EFP的操作并确保上传内容的准确性和完整性;

– 每周将部门已全部完成手续的离职员工进行名单汇总,并完成P-File归档的检查;

– 根据团队要求,准确填写离职证明寄件地址信息并同时做好单号记录;

– 其他工作安排若有

工作地点:上海陆家嘴软件园 (浦东新区 峨山路9120, 地铁4/6号线 蓝村路站)

Responsibility:

Qualification:

岗位5HR Intern – Talent Management

工作地点:上海陆家嘴花旗大厦 (浦东新区 花园石桥路33号,地铁2号线 陆家嘴站)

Responsibility:

-Support the documentation and communication preparation for various Talent Development initiatives, incl. data and document compilation, information consolidation based on internal and external communication, etc.

-To support the coordination and logistics for various Talent Development programs

-To provide overall administration and project support regarding travel, meetings, reimbursement, support contracting follow up issues and invoice tracking, etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

-Excellent in language English/Chinese, both oral and written

-Familiar with MS office software operation, especially Excel and PowerPoint’s

-Responsible, patient and careful; have strong learning ability and working initiative;

-Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit

-Can work 3~4 days per week, for 5-6 months.

-Major in HR or psychology is a plus

岗位6Finance Admin Intern – Business Consulting Team

工作地点:上海陆家嘴花旗大厦 (浦东新区 花园石桥路33号,地铁2号线 陆家嘴站)

 

Responsibility:

– Administrative support: supporting of staff of BC APAC in general administrative tasks and general office affairs, such as scheduling of team meetings, arrangement of business trip, procurement and maintenance of department assets, and logistics support for other internal activities

– Recruiting: supporting onboarding logistics for all new BC employees

– Service Procurement: coordinate with team and procurement on service phurchasing

– Billing and contracting: administration of contract signature and coordinate with assistants of client on PO issuing

 

Qualification:

  • University students studying for bachelor’s degree
  • Efficient skills in using MS Office, including Word PowerPoint and Excel
  • Native Chinese speaker; good communication skills in both oral and written English
  • Independent with strong ownership to take initiatives
  • Internship starting date: mid of Feb (at lease stay for 3 months)
  • At least 3 days per week
